PennDOT Online Messenger Agent

I had to change my out of state registration to Pa. I went into this business with my title and ins card and was told it would be $380. $190 for their fee and $189 for tax on the car. It didn't sound right so I went to another tag office on Street rd and it was $175 out the door. He said tax? The title is in your name, there is no tax. Either the lady at Nelson's is clueless or trying to rip people off. Either way I wouldn't go there.

Went there at 4 pm today and they close at 4:30. Was told by the girl behind the counter that their state title / tag / registration system was down. Bull crap. You can always do the paperwork manually and then submit later. She was just too lazy to make a few bucks for the company. I went 3 miles away to Street Road auto tags and got everything done in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them instead of Nelsons.
