Ace Garage Door Repair Fort Worth

My appointment was supposed to be before noon on a Friday. Noon came and went so I called to see what was going on. They were backed up and asked if I could push my appointment to 3-6 PM. I had the day off work so it was kind of inconvenient waiting around, but I agreed. 6PM came and went and no one showed. I called them again and they told me I was still on the schedule but didn't know when my technician would be there. They were supposed to call me back but never did. Nobody once gave me a courtesy call or an update. Long story short, the technician didn't get there until after 9 PM and left the house around 11:30 PM (I'm usually asleep at this point). They also tried to upcharge me $50, even though the receptionist guaranteed me an all-inclusive price. I had to argue with the technician's supervisor, who didn't apologize for anything and was incredibly rude. Left a message with customer service but no one has contacted me. The technician/work was fine.
