Kwik Kar - Central Drive

I love this location! I don't trust any other place to bring my car except for here! The guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for mike to do your oil change, he's the best!

Having car problems while out of town is a hassle. I stopped by Kwik Kar at the recommendation of my mother to see if they could give me a diagnosis on a newly acquired oil pan leak. I explained to the manager, John Young, that I had just had repair work done by my dealership in Austin and would need to return there for any further work. John was kind, courteous and quick to take a look at my car. He insisted that I drop back by before leaving town to check the oil level. I was pleasantly surprised to be treated as good as a paying customer. In the world of customer service, that is as good as it gets. Thank you!

I took my car there and they were terrible. When I spoke to the owner he told me that if I sis not like their service to go somewhere else. I would advise you to do the same!

THIS PLACE IS TOP NOTCH!!! We initially started using them for the great service and quick turnaround times. I recently had some repair done on my motor at Kwik Kar (this was preceded by a VERY bad experience at a dealership), and I can vouch that this is the most honest and upstanding group of gentlemen you’d ever want to deal with. When bringing my repair issue to them, I was totally impressed by how they were committed to completely repairing the issue. I had just about given up on the idea of an honest repair shop. We’ll definitely be going back be using them in the future for all our service needs and would also trust them for any major repair work – if that should ever be required. These guys were completely professional throughout the whole process and have earned themselves a customer for life!!!
