DO NPT GO HERE. The "manager" I think her name was Karen, was rude and extremely unhelpful. The staff was just as bad. I asked questions and no one could answer. The only person who was helpful and nice was the doctors assistant, but I think that is separate. I had issues with my glasses and the manager just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I took the loss because I would never go back. This place needs to close the optical shop part or revamp the staff. I've never been treated so badly and when I asked for the manager, to my surprise that's who I was dealing with. I think a bum off the street would have been more knowledgeable and have more courtesy! - amount of stars. 0 expertise 0 professionalism.

Beavercreek location. Eye exam and order new frames the ones that should not break right. after several calls about delivery finally said they were in. Expected someone there to fit them to make sure. Nope just handed them to me and walked away. Not so much as a thanks for spending about $700.00 for no line bifocal and no break frames. Yup one year later the frame on the bridge snapped. yup warranty gone. but will try to annoy them to repair. No further business use local Optometrist. Boo.

I would give them a negative if I could. There was nothing positive about this business. I would not recommend them based on my experience. All I received was the run around and that is being nice

I am regretful I had not read the reviews here before I went to this store, cause I encountered almost all the problems listed below. The first Dr carelessly finished eye exam. The store staff are so inexperienced that they either could not provide customers any suggestion about choosing and measuring frames or could give NO suggestion. So, after 3 weeks, I received my first pair and the sight was totally blurry!! The 2nd Dr did much better exam, however again these inexperienced staff not only offer NO suggestion but also defy Dr's advice of correction. As another review, they never called as they promised. I had to go to store to check 4 times after the date given by them past 10 days. Especially the store sales manager (Robert) is the most disrespectful and dishonest to customers, never keeping his promises, ignoring customer's needs, and NEVER admitting their faults. Yes, they do make you feel like you offending them. I wonder how could he train his staff!? Too much terrible experiences! Don't go there! And advise your family/friend not to waste money/time and be disrespected abusively! (I wish I can give 0 star.)

Horrible!!! Said glasses would arrive in 4 days and it was 2 weeks. The person who was supposed to fit them spent 15 minutes trying to put a screw in the frame. She never came out from behind the counter to even look at the glasses on my husband. Just kept asking him if they were tight. After this poor treatment we left with crooked glasses that don't fit. Wish I could give negative star rating.

At first I really liked this business but after many problems I won't go back. It take three times the time they tell you to get your glasses. The quality is poor and they won't "dispense" your glasses to you in their normal business hours.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all they incorrectly fit the frames to my 9 year-old, then they wouldn't give credit for a less expensive replacement. Second, they put the wrong Rx in the frames. My doctor measured a whole -0.25 off, which they told me was within range and they wouldn't correct. After 7 trips to this place plus 2 checks on the Rx from my doctor, it's not worth it. Buy your lenses and frames from Dr. Slamer, Beavercreek Vision and know that they are correct!
