I don't like realtors as a rule, but I like Linda Anderson and Bernadette Frisenda of Copper Key Realty. It took me more than six months to find the right house, because I've learned from mistakes I've made in the past and was very exacting in what I wanted and needed, and they were both infinitely patient, without giving the impression they were being that way, positive, engaged, supportive. They've been helpful above and beyond the call, especially for people who work on commission and haven't any guarantee that all their hard work will be rewarded. I tried two other local realtors with results worthy of a sitcom/stand up before I found them. Don't waste your time; contact them.
