Horizon Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation specializes in research-based physical therapy, work conditioning/hardening, functional capacity evaluations, women's health, vestibular/balance rehab, sports medicine and performance and aquatics. In a quest for quality and freedom to practice with out restrictions of hospital bureaucracy and the cookie cutter treatments; in late 2009, Horizon Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is born. Even with minimal staffing, the small outpatient clinic grew steadily as our reputation for personal service and excellent care grew beyond Great Lakes Bay area community.
