If it were possible, I would give this organization zero stars. The technicians are highly trained, customer service is outstanding, however you will wait forever for your repair. It's definitely an issue with being understaffed, incompetence of management and complete incompetence of the owner. Do yourself a favor find another servicer. As a matter of fact, do yourself an even bigger favor and don't buy Samsung in the first place.
