I stopped in on an afternoon asking for flowers for a friend, and he put something perfect together for me in my price range. Such a good experience!

I was very disappointed with Lord Baltimore florists. A friend of my mother's ordered flowers for her after a recent surgery - specifically a large arrangement of a dozen pink roses and white flowers, with a pink bow. The flowers delivered were 5 YELLOW roses (which my mother HATES) and white carnations, with a ribbon and no bow. In addition, the flowers were not fresh - they looked like the leftovers from the back of the fridge. Basically, the flowers delivered were not worth the price my mother's friend paid. When my mother's friend called to inquire about the incorrect order, the florist made us return the incorrect order, and delivered a bud vase with only 4 pink roses - not the dozen that had been ordered. In addition, there was no bow, and not even a ribbon this time.



All in all, I would recommend Pro Flowers or the guy on the street corner before I would recommend Lord Baltimore. The ratings systems made me give them a star, but I don't think they deserve even though much!

I have been ordering flowers from them for years and Lord Baltimore offers the best service and the best arrangements I have ever had. In my job as well as my personal life I have used this florist and have had many people ask me who I ordered my arrangments from. You will never be disappointed when you use Lord Baltimore. They are the best value for the money.

The GBC (Greater Balto Committee) sponsored a contest among downtown businesses during the Ravens Rally to see which company had the most Raven team spirit. I called around and all over the internet to try to get 100 purple balloons delivered by 7:30 the next morning. All I received was "sorry, can't help you..there's not enough time. Until I contacted Lord Baltimore Florist and spoke to owner Jackie Dezes. Jackie and her efficient staff made emergency calls to some suppliers and told me they would have the balloons delivered the same day. (I contacted them btwn 3:00-4:00 pm).



They kept their promise and delivered 100 purple balloons in 2 deliveries. Jackie was very courteous, kind and professional throughout. We were so impressed we ordered a fruit basket for one of our employees. He said he really enjoyed it. And...by the way, thanks to Lord Baltimore Florist, our company WON the Ravens competition!!

I have been using Lord Baltimore for over 2 years for the flowers in the Lobby area of my apartment building. The flowers are changes every week. Lord Baltimore does an super job on the service they provide and the flowers are

always exceptional.

My husband ordered flowers for me from Lord Baltimore Florists for mother's day. The flower arrangement was beautiful, and so unique! Not your ordinary arrangement, very exotic and special! And they were delivered right to my office!!
