Went to store today, 1st time, newly moved to the city. On email list, I am notified of sales. Was assisted by sales floor lady, most helpful. With merchandise in hand went to purchase items. In 1 line for 15 minutes, woman at register was making cashier go and get and exchange items on sales floor. Other cashier told all of us in line to move to the other line which already had over a dozen people waiting. I then realized there were 3 lines of people around the perfume/lotion areas merging into 1 line for cashier. After another 10 minutes the other lines merging into 1 line, no one would let my daughter and I merge into the 1 line to the cashier, with people behind us. No additional workers were brought to be a cashier. We had already waited 30 minutes, still with many people in front of me, I estimated another 15 to 20 minutes to cash register. We decided to give merchandise to a sales person on the sales floor and leave the store. Highly doubtful we will ever return to this store.
