Red Lobster

The service was terrible. No silverware, had to get our own napkins, wouldn't give us any mo marinara for our calimari and the food was cold. Will not go back again

Lady manager is rude and very unprofessional. She threatened to call the police on me and my son if we didn't pay our bill. We had gift cards that didn't work at Red Lobster. We had receipts where we just purchased them and we were on the phone calling to see what the problem was with our cards. She made us so upset, cause she said she she would call the police to take care of the problem. If that's how she handles problems, then she should not be a manager, 2 other managers came out to help us, at least they were more understanding and even our server was very apologetic as to the way were being treated. We left and did pay with another card, but we will never go there again, to be treated like that, she made us feel like criminals! Please fire that lady manager! She should not get away with treating others like that.

I recomend 100 per cent this restaurant!!!!!
