The Lowes on Shoal Creek is very convenient for house needs, but twice I have ordered materials from them, and the shipping has not arrived on the date given, with no heads-up or phone notification to this fact. Then when you call the store, they transfer you to phone after phone with no actual results, or updates. As a home fixer upper, it is frustrating to say the least (scheduling time off to wait on the truck/follow up to find out why they have not contacted you when problems on their side arise/updated you on order status when they will be late or not deliver at all/get the run around with no results via their store), but I would imagine that a person that does this sort of thing for a living and relies on Lowes to deliver to their clients in a timely manner can impact your livelihood. Maybe professionals do not order at Lowes. This will be the last time I order something for delivery from Lowes. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

We have gone through three attempts to get the complete appliance order delivered and they still cannot get it right. The employees and store managers are more interested in pushing off a simple resolution to another person. A ten-year old could do better.
