They are rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to my mother-in-law.

Personnel was rude and abusive. I called this morning acquiring on a loan Jan 5,2012. I talk with a lady, said she can take application over the phone. The lady asked a few question not completing the loan process. She put me on hold for 20 mins, she came back to line no word or mentioning about putting me back on hold. She just put me on hold, the manager Lisa picked up the line and said what did I want, not may I help you. So I was explaining to her that I was holding the line for the lady that was taking application over the phone. So about that time hold again. I got upset and told Lisa the manager, can I speak with her manager. She put me back on hold didn't mention can you hold please. The area manager was just as worse. I explain to him that his personnel was not providing customer service, he mention to me, I needed to define customer service, not I'm sorry I will help you. So I ask him his name he wouldn't give me his name he told me that I was just a applicant so they don't have to provide good customer service to me. I found out his name by calling there office in Hilsboro, Texas. Mr. Detoy was his name, and he also told me to come to the store and whatever I need to say, I can say it in his face. Every time I asked for his name and corporate number he hangs up the phone in my face. Terrible business. My cousin which is a customer referred me there. she called and told them why are they rude to the customer that she refers because I was the 4th referred that complain about their behavior. They explained falsely to my cousin of what happen then Lisa the manager tells my cousin one of your refers didn't pay them back and Lisa the manager hung the phone up in my cousin, the customers face. This company shouldn't have people like that working for them. Shame on Covington and I will go further.
