I took my 2017 Honda CRV to Anderson Lane Body Shop after a moderate no injury collision messed up the entire front end of my vehicle. The owner, Travis was very professional when he met me to discuss the damages and his strategy to conduct the repairs to my Honda. His original estimate was 3 weeks which met perfectly with the timeline of my car rental period. Unfortunately, he had the vehicle finished on time with the exception of the air bag system. Even thought the air bag did not deploy (which raises a few questions) the collision damaged the unit and sensing system. These are not issues the body shop technicians can take care of. he was forced to call in a specialist from San Antonio to complete the air bag issue. Certainly not the fault of the shop but it did cause the repair time to run exactly 1 month. it all worked out though because the car rental agency then switched the rental to a monthly rental instead of the 21 days and it actually saved me money. The Honda came out beautiful The paint was a perfect match, the replaced fender, door, hood and front end bumper and grill, everything was meticulously replaced and i think it looked straighter than when the CRV came off the show room floor. I always wait a couple of months to make reviews like these to make sure nothing creeps up later. Not a single negative issue came up. However, I had an unexpected positive result. The engine ran smoother, the cars ride was smoother and my gas mileage went up an average of 40 miles per tank of fuel. Better than the day I drove off the lot. What can one say about that kind of results other than KUDOS to Anderson Lane Body Shop. Thank you Travis and crew.

I have been bringing cars here to Anderson for what seems like forever, at least over 20 years. They provide honest service and do great work. It is also very helpful how they are open Saturday mornings.

I was pretty satisfied with the repairs that I got done to my car by Anderson Lane. I love how early they open, but also they were easy to work with. My bumper had been destroyed in an accident and they repaired that as well as a few dents in the side. The car came back to me looking great.

For work, my car must be reliable. I recently relocated to Austin for work and after very long drive across the country, my car was in need of some maintenance. I looked online and saw the reviews were stellar for Anderson Lane. I completely agree with these reviews for the most part, only reason why I gave them 4 stars was because it took them way longer to do the repair then they originally told me but I would absolutely use them again.

I was really impressed with Bobby last week. I brought my car in for repairs and I was clueless about what exactly was being done. Bobby took the time to explain each repair to me thoroughly. They did a great job on the repairs as well.

My car was a total wreck ofter my wife got a hold of it. I brought it to Anderson Lane and the made my car look brand new! I couldn't believe it. Needless to say my wife will not be driving my car any more!!

Apparently there's some code with a lot of technicians . This code is that The Book says a certain repair should take X hours. They charge for the given amount if the repair is equal or less than the amount of time stated in The Book. This is NOT how things go here. They charge only for parts and labor applied to your car. The actual price of this minor repair ended up being less than the original quote!

These guys are the best! I had taken my car to another shop only to be told that it was a lost cause. Brought my car to Anderson Lane and problem solved. Everything turned out perfectly - oil change, tune up, additional work and my car is running smoothly.

Friendly management gave me a good price to remove two dents from the side of my car. They dropped me off at home and a couple of hours later they were done! The dents were vanished, even where the crease in the side was turned in.
