Been eating here since 1997! Amazing food that evolves, yet stays true to Utagi quality.

Me and my boyfriend went to this restaurant on Feb 23,2010 around 7:00. We sat at the sushi bar and noticed pretty quickly that the fish for the sushi didn't look as fresh as our normal sushi choice (Kani House in buford) but we decided to stay and try it out because you don't know until you try it. So we order the calamari for starters and it was pretty good, then we got several sushi rolls some new and others we knew we would like based on previous experiences at other restaurants. When we recieved our susi it was not fresh at all the fish was mushy and could def tell it was not up to the 5 star rating we had saw on the internet. So now we know , we can check this restaurant off of the places we try and wont be back.
