Overall

I had visited many places to find a car. This place was the best. I purchased 05 Mini Cooper and it was very clean. Also, oil, filters, spark plugs, and brake were new. It seems they take care of their vehicles. I did not purchase the warranty plan they recommended. I know it is used car and anything could happen, but I just decided to take that risk. It runs great so far.

I went to AutoTrader.com and saw this dealerships inventory. I liked the pictures they provide when reviewing the car. I drove 135 miles to buy the car I wanted. Upon arrival, I did look over lot, just to make sure that was the car I wanted, test drove it, came back, noted a couple small items on the car, negotiated a price and was soon signing papers. I am happy with the car. I had minor ordeal which owner reimbursed me for promptly, as it was something no one could see by the naked eye upon test driving. I would send others to buy from here. I liked the sales technique, as they don't stand over and pressure you. I think a car sales itself to the person without high pressure sales people babbling in one's ear. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Wish they had more than one company for warranty offers, as the prices for the 3rd party company are a bit too high. It does not hurt to get warranty for a little extra kind of insurance against major repairs, even the dealership cannot predict. So check the inventory and hopefully your buying experience will be pleasant like mine.

I saw a car on the internet, went to the dealers web-site and it had all the info i could think of, even a carfax report.. I called and talked to them. drove down to the dealership and ended up buying the car,, I have recommended these guys to all my co-workers.. nice cars and easy process

This was my first time purchasing a car and I would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealer again. They were very helpful and patient with answering all my questions related to pricing and features on the car. Ken was also very helpful with answering all of my questions regarding warranty options.

Good place to check out. Their cars are very clean and well maintained.

I bought Civic for my cousin. They have many used cars under 5 to 6k.

Its worth checking out if you are looking for a low price first car.

The worst car buying experienc...

The worst car buying experience of my life came from dealings with Japan Drift, They sold me "a slightly used truck in excellent condition" that turned out to be a pieced together truck that had been dogged out and required several thousand dollars in repairs. Their warranty is as good as their word which renders is completely useless. I will never recommend this dealer for anything other than one to look out for, They only got one star because 0 is not an option.

I purchased an 03 accord coupe...

I purchased an 03 accord coupe as a first car for my son, he had it for 11 months. The battery needed to be replaced after 6 months, but NEVER had another problem with it. He got in a car accident (was not hurt) but the car was a total loss. Went back to Japan Drift and bought a 99 acura 3.2 tl. HE LOVES LOVES LOVES IT!!!! Fully loaded, leather interior, he thinks he is hot stuff these days LOL. They gave us a HUGE deal for customer loyalty and we were literally in and out of there in less than an hour. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is no fancy place and the lot is congested, but am confident you will find a fabulous car for a fabulous price. Please buy your car from this amazing lot. I will continue to buy here if the need arises in the future. Good luck to you all with your car search.

I recently purchased my Toyota...

I recently purchased my Toyota Sequoia from Japandrift.net. I found the vehicle I wanted on the internet and then went in to test drive it. I have always said I would rather have dental surgery than buy a car because I have had nothing but BAD experiences in the past. I can no longer say that! The people at the place went WAY out of their way to make this the best car buying experience ever. I love my car and I am telling all of my family & friends that this is the place to go.

The windshield on this car had 2 small chips in it and I asked if it could be replaced. No hassle, just YES.

When the windshield guy replaced the window, he inadvertently damaged the sensor on the dash for the automatic headlight switch. (No one knew this until I took it home and the lights would not stay off! I turned them off and exactly 20 minutes later they would come back on.)

I returned the next day and explained the problem. They worked all day and finally found and fixed the problem, no charge, no problem. Very apologetic and wonderful to deal with! I don't think I will ever buy another car without going to them first!

Bought a white 2001 Honda Odys...

Bought a white 2001 Honda Odyssey with 135,000 miles from them on April 14, 2011 and the check engine light came on the next day. I called them and told them the check engine light came on and I had it checked and the code said the transmission needs to be replaced. They said there is nothing they can do about it!!!!! Took the car to 2 different transmission shops and both said the transmission needs replaced or rebuilt. Now im having to pay to have a transmission rebuilt and an oxygen sensor on a car that I just purchased. This dealer claims to inspect every car before they purchase them and put them up for sale, if this were true they would have known this car had issues. I hope whoever reads this and wants to buy from this dealer doesn't make the same mistake i did and takes the car to a mechanic and gets it looked at first. The car also came with a 6 month aftermarket warranty and they told me I would get the cards from them in 7 days. They failed to tell me the warranty had to be approved so that's the reason I'm having to pay out of pocket to have the transmission rebuilt.
