John Miller Carrol represented my father and I can honestly say I have never met someone so unprofessional and rude. First of all, he showed up to the court room and started talking badly about the whole county, judges, police officers, etc. I was shocked because why would an attorney do this right before a court appearance. If anyone would have heard him, it could have changed the results. Secondly, he didn't keep my father informed at all as to what was happening with the case and he even was a no-show for one of the court dates. Lastly, I spoke to him on the phone because I wanted to help my father understand what was going on and I have never been treated so poorly. He basically told me that my father was useless and stupid, talked down to me, and ended up hanging up on me. His personality, professionalism, and overall character is not worth the money. Yes, he has years of experience, but that doesn't matter because he will not take the time to care about you or your case.

From my experience I found Attorney John Carroll to be extremely rude, unprepared and unorganized. Did not keep me informed, answer questions or return phone calls.

He was late for court twice and once appeared with the wrong file. Don't expect

much from his staff either, except maybe to deliver correct files while your waiting

for his late appearance. If you need an accounting of services, good luck with that too.

Mr Carroll was the most unprepared atty I've ever encountered. If you're looking for a defense atty, & want to be professionably represented, chose someone else!!
