John Ankner is a criminal. He scams everyone from the contractors to his customers. Arrested in NY for working illegally and has been arrested 3 times in the past 6 months in NC. DO NOT USE HIM FOR ANYTHING!

Not sure who this Michelle T person is but she is all over the web defending this guy. She certainly is not one of the last 7 home owners nor one of the tens of contractors who John Ankner has screwed over the last 3 years. Google John Robert Ankner and you will find he was arrested on Long Island for working without a license up there and has been arrested 4 times in the last 6 months in North Carolina. From what I understand he is about to be charged for working without a contractors license in NC too. This guy could not build a decent pool if his life depended on it. He is a criminal and a bold face whining liar. Stay away from John Ankner and any of his businesses he may go by. This includes Carolina Pools and Patio!
