Never Go Back

I will never go back to this place. Hostess took me all the way to the very back of the restraunt and put me in a tiny booth (I'm 6'5" and 300 pounds). I ask her why we walked by 30 empty booths to come to the back, and she said "this is where I put you" and walked off. When I got to the bar, several of the serving trays were empty and what trays did have food was all dried up looking. Waitress brought me the wrong beverage 3 times! Some male waitress stood there and watched me eat until I growled at him, then he walked away. After my first plate, they brought me my check. They acted like they wanted me to leave. My tea glass went empty twice and I hate that. Bottom line, food is not good, service is horrible and servers are rude. They should have paid me to eat there !

I will not be going back to this restaurant.

My family and I have had bad experiences twice now. The staff have been beyond rude. They tried to hurry us out when they weren't busy and were removing my children's plates while they were actively still eating! They muttered under their breathe when we didn't leave immediately upon the arrival of the check and stood behind me the whole time till I made it clear he was annoying us. The funny thing was that we had only been there 30 minutes at that point so I didn't understand why we were being rushed. Again they weren't busy. Both cases have been when I have had the male waiters. I don't know if it was his time to get off of work or what but there is no excuse for that.

My father was ignored when asked to sit somewhere different because of his claustrophobia. He walked out because the woman just ignored his request and told him that he WILL sit where she put him. Again, they weren't busy and had plenty of tables. Completely crossing the line rudeness.

I will be giving other restaurants my money. The food there isn't anything special so it won't be a loss. Just very disappointed in the rude service.

If giving this place a zero was possible i would.. the service was HORRIBLE! the waitress came to our table to drop off the ticket while we were still eating... then comes back and rushed us through asking if we were ready to pay, interrupting our meal and causing us to stop to pull our wallets out to pay. VERY RUDE. The buffet is a mess, no structure at all, seriously a horrible experience...

Don't waste your time.....It's cheap and tastes like cheap crap. Service is a joke!
