Ponderosa Travel Trailer Park

Impossible to get ahold of the manager. I am leaving messages every day and have not yet received a return phone call.

Children were not allowed to play outside unless supervised by an adult. The rules only applied if you weren't friends of the manager, I know because my family lived in the park for three years and friends of the manager were allowed to live by different rules. The manager also started false and defaming rumors about two of my children and began to spread them around the park. Management was quick to accuse and SLOW to do anything on their own to make the place look better. The facilities (pool, outside bathrooms, the club house) were in poor condition, dirty and poorly, maintained. The pool wasn't always open the hours posted out front of the pool and there were times that the gate leading in to the pool was chained shut and there was no access.As I said, my family and I lived at Ponderosa Mobile Estates for three years. The best decision we ever made was to move out of there and get away from the whole mess. It was advertised as a family park but operated as a Seniors Park.
