Kevin is a rockstar! I worked with him in January in addition to right now, September. I was put in a terrible situation by a previous broker and decided to go back to a realtor I trusted. Kevin encouraged me when I felt like all hope was lost (finding an apartment AFTER September 1st- am I crazy?) and promised to work hard to find myself and my roommate a great place. He didn't let us down. We found a phenomenal apartment that has everything we asked for and more! He was very professional and polite with the landlords and encouraged us to take our time and ask as many questions as we could think of. He never rushed us to make a decision. We feel very comfortable with Kevin; he certainly earned our trust. If/when we have to move again, we will certainly come back for thirds.

It was an absolute pleasure being able to do business with Boardwalk Properties. Their site has so many incredible photos and virtual tours that really helped to make finding a new apartment much easier than I had anticipated. It’s really a benefit to be able to check out places online and really get a feel for them without having to schedule a viewing, exchange calls, spend gas, etc. I’ll be referring my friends and family.

For the most part the transaction went very smooth. Albert was easy to deal with. After we made our decision, we worked closely with their sales assistant as well. She was responsive and thorough as well.

Some of the apartments were not of my like which is very normal, but he was able to show me 2 awesome places. He negotiated the price for me and got me parking! I am really happy with my apartment and with the professional and friendly manner in which Harrison helped me find a home.

J.T. contacted me daily to inform me of any available listings, new prices he was trying to negotiate, and when and where he could show me apartments that fit my needs. He found my roommates and I a great deal that fit all our specifications, even during a time where the market is nearly at a standstill.
